Ethan's Birthday Card

Good evening from a chilly Maryland .....  Just a quick post tonight .....

I wanted to get this card on my blog and into the My Mum's Craft Shop Stars and Stripes Challenge before it closes.

The card has been made for my good friend Vicki's son Ethan who turned 9 last Friday.  We'll finally get a chance to see him tomorrow when Vicki heads on over for our weekly 'play' (ie colouring in session lol).  I've been so sick with this flu that I've been MIA for the last week or so .... not such a great thing in school holidays!!  Needless to say, Isabella is really looking forward to Ethan and Charlotte coming for the day ... not to mention Jensen the pupy lol.

Anyway, back to the card .... I've coloured "Hip Kody" from Some Odd Girl with my Prismacolor pencils and solvent and I must admit that I like the way that he pops right off the card ... even Gray and Isabella gave great reviews when they saw him on the finished card.  Lets just hope that Ethan likes it too ....
I hope everyone is enjoying the school holidays and the somewhat nice sunny days we've been having and until next time ........

Ciao
Julie
